innovative tools for our client’s to include the government and especially the branches of
the military to optimize and modernize they’re pay process.
Our Approach
Our approach is to modernize clients business models into modern, agile, and competitive
digital business models just as we’ve done for our own arm at Sentri Corporation. The goal
is to achieve digital transformation that results in sustainable competitive advantages and
added value to customers that need to modernize and direct customers that we make SAAS
available to through apps and other software. Our approach is accomplished by (1) the use
of data to gain valuable insights and become more predictive and less reactive to customers
and market changes, (2) execute business processes and transactions so that they are faster,
more effective and efficient, and less error prone as well as secure, (3) continuous
assessment and management of technical debt and modernizing technology and software
assets to align with the business goals, and (4) invest in managing their skills deficit, and
aligning resource and organizational capabilities with the goals of the organization.

services are customized and designed to quickly, safely, and cost efficiently meet these
needs. We use automated techniques and solutions that almost halves the time it typically
takes other vendors to refactor enterprise grade legacy applications, while reducing the cost
of the effort because of it. We prove this can be accomplished by using agile train processes
to design, test and make available six apps after rigorous testing and passing by both Apple
and Google Platforms in a total six month period. Any developer will tell you that one (1)
application being created from design up takes a minimum of six (6) months and half of the
cost we at Sentri Corporation experienced.

Our approach with the TDC is where our Agile Team develops the needed applications, and
as our managed services execution is planned. Our delivery best practices, software
development standards, project artifact and template portfolios, agile development teams
and quality assurance teams and other consultants with specialized skills are managed and
administered.
The TDC is staffed with certified scrum masters, scrum and agile teams that operate during
our client’s regular business hours, or however the client chooses to have resources deployed
that might need to be on split time.
