Senior High School: Procrastination Experiences


This questionnaire focuses on recognizing the senior high school students
between the connections of procrastination to the academic performance of the
respondents.

Directions: Please check (√) and rate yourself honestly based on your behavior to the
given statements using the following scale:

This questionnaire focuses on the factors that affect the learners to cause
procrastination.

1. Perfectionism

Procrastination is the act of delaying or putting off tasks until the last minute, or past
their deadline to put off intentionally the doing of something that should be done.
