Consent to data protection for participation in a placement network and for
placement in holiday employment

The ACB Job Agency Cottbus Gmbh, as a certified agency of the Federal
Employment Agency, ensures applicant data protection in its own company as well as
that of the respective companies (third parties). This applies in particular to Art. 88
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Section 26 of the Federal Data
Protection Act (BDSG-new), both in force since May 25th, 2018. Both sides undertake
to maintain confidentiality and observe data protection during the entire application
process and have implemented all legally required measures in the companies
involved. All collected and recorded personal data will only be used for the purpose of
participating in my placement network and placement in an employment relationship.

The data controller is authorized to process my personal data. This includes all information
and documents that I have provided with my application documents. The intermediary is
entitled to destroy my paper application documents after processing (digitization) in
accordance with the data protection guidelines. This does not apply if I provide the agent
with an addressed and sufficiently stamped return envelope or express the wish to collect it
personally from the agent's office. The maximum retention period for application
documents in our company is one month, or 10 years if you are placed in a holiday job.
As the data subject, I give my consent:
- to store my personal data in a secure database,
- for the use of my personal documents for the placement activity,
- for the forwarding of my application documents to third parties, after my separate
approval,
- for forwarding my application documents by unencrypted email,
- to be contacted at any time by telephone, e-mail, post, etc. also by third parties to whom
my documents have been presented,
- that in the event of a successful placement, information can be obtained from the Cottbus
job agency (confirmation of placement and employment, start of work, wages/salary,
illness),
- that my personal data will remain stored

The ACB Job Agency Cottbus GmbH guarantees you the right to free information at
any time about your stored personal data, its origin and recipient and the purpose of
the data processing as well as a right to correction, blocking or deletion of this data.
You can contact us at any time at the address given here if you have any further
questions on the subject of personal data. Your personal data will be automatically
deleted when the storage period for the data has expired (usually at the end of the
following month, after the last contact with you and the last survey). Your data will
remain stored if the deletion conflicts with statutory retention periods (e.g. in the
event of successful mediation for the control and financial authorities). You can
withdraw this consent at any time by means of a written declaration.
