Being careful about what we eat and drink because some foods aren’t good for our teeth. For example
lots of sugary foods and drinks are bad for our teeth, while fruits and vegetables are good. Eat healthy
food.

Have good oral hygiene habits. Like brushing teeth for 2 to 3 minutes, twice a day. Not brushing too
hard and brushing at the right time. Using the correct toothbrush (soft bristles) and toothpaste. Floss the
correct way and don’t use mouthwash too much. After brushing teeth, wait for 30 seconds before
rinsing the mouth. Watch what you are doing. Clean the gum margins, use a 45° angle for the brush,
gentle massaging and brush chewing surfaces and incisors.
