This pictorial machine is a mechatronics device，There are both fine organization

structure, and complicated electronic circuit system.Institutions in part with precision
of the print head, in the process of moving and using slightly to avoid collision and
vibration.To ensure that the work site clean and with no obvious dust around the
machine.Part of the circuit have important CPU,memory and other sensitive
electronic devices.When start up the machine must be connected to ground electrode
to avoid electrostatic causing other malfunction.This equipment can not be used in
damp environment.

Chapter one notice for use

1.1The power supply security

A、power：one-way communication 50Hz 220V or 110V AC(±10%)。Maximum power
machine：2200W，print power：100W。
B、 Only can use the printer in the label logo type of power supply. according to
different countries and regions, may choose 110 v or 110 v ac power
C、 Will all of the devices connected to a properly grounded outlet, avoid the use of
sockets and frequent switching between the on and off the equipment (e.g.,
duplicator, air conditioning system) in the same loop
D、 Avoid the use of controlled by the switch on the wall or automatic timer socket.
E、 Make your computer system away from potential interference sources，for
example: the speaker or wireless phone stand.
F、 Do not use damaged or broken power cord
G、 If you use the additional power cord, bear in mind that the insertion of the
additional power equipment total amperes do not exceed the rated amperage of the
power supply,In addition, remember that the insertion of the all equipment on the
wall to the total number of ampere don't exceed the amperage rating of the wall
outlet.
H、 Don't try to repair his pictorial machine, encounter problems please timely for
pictorial machine maintenance and technical personnel

J,Can't charged printing line plug and pull the power cord, otherwise will causes the
damage of the main board.

1.2 Operation cautions

A、 Always turn off the power switch to using pictorial machine (pictorial machine on
the right side of the rear power switch).In front of the machine power supply has
not been cut off, please don't take photo electrical source plug or unplug other
related cable
B、 Please do not put the machine tools or other items with the print platform or on flat,
so as not to slow to clean up before the machine's operation cause unnecessary losses.
C、 Before handling pictorial machine, please make sure you print the car has been
fixed in initial position。
D、When print the picture,the paper machine(prevent become warped piece) must be used，in case of
paper by partial and blowing nozzle.
E、 Someone must watch when the machine work.(the machine must be operated by professional
operators).
F、 Encoder atrip should be regularly check to see if clean and damaged，if dirty should use cotton
swap dipped in alcohol to clean.

above the guideway butter (or parts of lubricating oil, etc.), decrease the slider friction.

J、 Abnormal shutdown condition;Do not manually pull the car quickly, should let its boot
automatically back to the warehouse.
K、Regular maintenance of machine, reducing dust, the ink on the influence of the machine
L、 Note: the machine must be connected to ground;When the dry air, static problem that nots
allow to ignore, when using some lamination and light medium, take electrostatic charge (especially
when into the paper work soon).Electrostatic charge can lead to the machine and the card security is
damaged, will take the ground wire is the only way to electrostatic discharge. Because the static power
itself is a huge, so when charged the ink head operation, ensure that the hands have discharge (contact
grounding metal body or wear in addition to electrostatic bracelet), otherwise easy to cause damage of
the board and the nozzle.

1.3Location of the installation and use of environmental considerations

A、please make the pictorial machine in level, stability, and greater than pictorial machine in the
plane.If pictorial machine tilt or have a certain Angle, the normal work of the machine could not be
performed

machine can run in the groove, please configure air conditioning and indoor temperature and
humidity meter.
F、 the machine must be far away from the noise source.

1.4 The ink is put and precautions for use

A, Please put the ink bottle at the children can’t reach, don't let the kids drink ink cartridges or contact.
B, if the ink stick to the skin, please wash with soap and water .If the ink splash the eyes, immediately
rinse off with clear water.
C, don't shake the ink bottle, so as not to cause the ink leaks.
D, ink bottle after using for a period of time (usually for two months), immediately take a thorough
cleaning, and dry.Replace the ink bottle should pay attention to clean, to ensure the quality of printing.
E, the ink should be placed a cool storage, avoid direct sunlight.

2.1Machine assemble
Open the packing of the machine, take out the machine parts, assemble respectively as shown in the
figure below:

1).Foot rack installation:

Put left and right foot on left and right iron legs，and use socket head bolts 8-M5X10）fixed。

3). First put the assembled paper electric module and paper receiver module into the aluminum
pipe respectively,then put the paper expansion component (with straight grain handles 2 - M5X25)
fixed on the bracket parts,as shown in the figure :

4).First put the assembled paper feed module on the aluminum pipe both ends，then put the paper

2.2 Key board instruction

2.3The installation of print carrier
Before the installation：You can use a scroll carrier.To ensure that the paper will straight load
without tilt.Please note that carrier to parallel to mesa.Be sure to load from behind.If the carrier roll
printing edge wrinkling or damaged, please cut off the damaged part, before sent to scroll to avoid
printing carrier card in the machine.

Please send photo machine before installing printing carrier in front wheel handle up pressure on the
right side of the paper.Let go of pressure roller table.Then follow the steps above 1, 2, 3 will scroll
body load, and should be fixed.Scroll carrier after insert mesa, needs to be tighten, to ensure that the
carrier is parallel with mesa.At this time will be printed carrier taut, and pressure roller pressure.

2.3The distance between nozzle and printing carrier

According to the thickness of different printing carrier, can be carried out on the nozzle seat height
adjustment.Between the nozzle and printing carrier ideal spacing of 1.5 mm.Flatness can be
appropriately adjusted according to the printing carrier and carrier from the nozzle print to avoid the
above brush, destroy the picture.But the highest distance suggest no more than 1.8 mm.

2.4Ink installation/use matters needing attention
1, please put the ink at the children's reach.
2, if the ink splashed into eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water, please.
3, clean the ink head line please use random matching cleaning fluid.
4, ink use Suggestions in 18 ℃, 28 ℃ ambient temperature.
5, please place the ink in the shade, stored at room temperature environment, avoid high temperature,
and the sun is basked in low temperature.
6, please use it immediately after the ink bottle opened , should not be stored for a long time.
7, if discover the phenomenon of ink in low temperature freezing, let its placed at room temperature to
dissolve after a few hours in use.
8, if you spill ink on the hands or clothing, wash as soon as possible.
9, do not attempt to parse the cartridge.
10, ink is a chemical product, after use of empty bottles, scrap and waste ink cartridge properly treated,
please try to avoid damage to the environment.Please install the ink in the former all piping with
matching cleaning fluid to clean it again.
11, installing a ink, please try not to pull out still ink sac, in order to reduce the loss, only machine the
specified ink, please do not mix with other types of brand ink.
12 don't shake the bottle, and ink, and when the machine is stopped printing ink, ink slowly lest
produce bubbles.Will put the ink in the cartridge, ink pipe according to the color of the logo is above
order into the ink bottle inside to twist the lid, the rehearsal in the use of the machine configuration of

4.8 Paper strength setting

Paper strength of paper refers to the paper intensity, the higher the close degree of strength, able to

3.4.10 Blowing nozzle position setting

user is in use process, returned to the factory ink recognize value need to adjust the value. Adjust the
value, please observe:
One, Doctor blade bounce position cannot be in on the nozzle surface, should be outside the
nozzle surface.

Two,Blowing nozzle in the process, the car will have a slightly moment stay, stay in the car,

3.4.11Inkjet position setting

The ink-jet position refers to , when cleaning the inkjet nozzle location, the factory has already been
completed when the adjustment. If the user to restore the factory Settings, the values have to be
readjusted. Users can according to different models, adjust the position, make the shower nozzle in
inkjet when cleaning, just on the waste ink bottle directly above.

3.4.12Ink absorption position

Ink absorption position refers to the car for the first time in the process of blowing nozzle removed
from the position of the maintenance station, photo opportunities on this position has a residual ink
absorption. Adjust the position, make the nozzle with maintenance cap (ink pad) separation, residual
ink absorption ability to clean, can also reduce the splash ink. This value will be the difference between
different models.

3.4.13Efforts to clean
