Tour Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival Srinagar Airport. Airport – Pahalgam (90 Kms | 3 Hrs. Approx.)
Meet and greet at the airport and then transfer to Srinagar for Shikara ride in Dal Lake for atleast 01
hour. After that transfer to Pahalgam. Check- in at hotel get refreshed and then transfer to Pony yard to
hire a pony to explore places at Pahalgam like Mini – Switzerland, Baisaran, Kani Marg, Waterfall and
other places of Interest. Night Stay at Pahalgam Hotel.
Note: You can also have a Shikara ride when coming back from Sonmarg if we don’t have enough time
on the first day.
Day 02: Pahalgam Sightseeing. Pahalgam Full Day.
After breakfast proceed to local taxi stand at Pahalgam. Hire a cab as desired and upon your choice drive
to Bollywood famous film shooting places like Beetab Valley, Aru Valley and Chandanwari. You will get
atleast 01 hour to explore each place. In the evening transfer back to Srinagar. Night Stay at Srinagar
Day 03: Day Trip to Gulmarg (50 Kms | 2 Hrs. Approx.)
After breakfast proceed for a day trip to Gulmarg. Visit Gulmarg Gondola Cable Car for ride to first and
second phase of Cable Car. (Kangdoori and Afarwat). Take part in any activity like Skiing, snow bike,
sledge and other activities (In winter Season) and trek to different tourist places at Gulmarg. Later in the
evening transfer back to Srinagar. Night Stay at Hotel.
Day 04: Srinagar – Yusmarg OR Dodhpathri – Srinagar (50/60 Kms | 2 Hrs. Approx.)
After breakfast transfer to Dodhpathri or Yusmarg on your own choice. Explore the place for the whole
day and in the evening transfer back to Srinagar. Night stay at Srinagar.
Day 05: Srinagar to Sonmarg (90 Kms | 3 Hrs. Approx.)
After breakfast transfer to Sonmarg. Check-in at hotel and then explore places at Sonmarg. Visit
Thajawas Glacier either by trekking or by hiring a pony / horse at Sonmarg. If you get time you can also
visit Zero point which is nearly 15 Km away from Sonmarg on the road crossing Zojilla Pass to Ladakh.
You can reach there by hiring a local cab from Sonmarg. (Rates Negotiable). Night Stay at Sonmarg
Hotel.
Day 06: Sonmarg to Srinagar (90 Kms | 3 Hrs. Approx.)
After breakfast transfer to the Srinagar. Half day sightseeing at Srinagar. Explore Mughal Gardens, Dal
Lake, and Shankar Acharya Temple and in the evening check – in at Houseboat for Night Stay. Later, in
the evening you are also at liberty to go around the market and shop for dry fruits, Kashmir handicraft
and other things of your choice.
Day 07: Sonmarg to Naranag OR Yusmarg- Srinagar (60 Kms | 2 Hrs. Approx.)
After breakfast visit transfer to Naranag for a day trip. Explore the ruins of ancient dynasties ruling at
that place with places of worship and crystal clear river streams. In the evening transfer back to
Srinagar. Night Stay at Srinagar Hotel.

Day 08: Srinagar Departure
Early morning time at leisure and then transfer to the airport for taking the flight back home (two hours
before departure time as per airline rules). Tour ends with happy memories.

Terms & Condition

1. Prices valid from 01st April 2021 to 31st Oct 2021

2. Check-In Time 12:00 Hours (Noon) | Check-out time 12:00 Hours at all the properties
3. Company will not bear any cost for flight cancelled or delayed due to Bad weather or any other
reason given by the airline. Cost for accommodation and transport in such cases will have to be bear
by passenger.
4. There would be no refund for the road blocks at Jammu Srinagar Highway due to natural calamity.
The alternate accommodation Cost at Jammu, Katra, Patnitop, Kargil or Leh due to the same should
be paid by the passenger directly.
5. No Refund or Compensation for any unused services or transport in any kind of circumstance.
6. No changes in the date of travel once booked.
7. Room allotment will be as per availability at the time of check in, floor or view preferences are not
guaranteed.
8. Food menu as per availability of vegetables based on Buffet | Fixed menus
9. Any dispute will be subject to Srinagar jurisdiction
10. Cost of Child between 5 to 11 Years. (Without Bed only) & for extra Bed kindly consider the cost of
Extra Bed
11. Child below 5 Years of age will be complimentary
12. Maximum 6 Passenger can be accommodated in one SUV vehicle (Innova or Similar)
13. Any addition in Tax or Fuel charge done by Airlines / Transport Company etc. Will be chargeable to
group members.

Payment Policy
A. 25% Token at the Time of Confirmation
B. Balance payment to be paid 2 days before arrival or as decided by mutual understanding.

Cancellation Policy

No Retention charges if cancellation will be made before 21 days of Arrival.

50% charges will be made if cancellation will be between 15-20 days of Arrival.
75% Retention charges will be made if cancellation will be between 10 – 14 days of Arrival.
100% Retention charges will be if cancellation will be between within 10 days of Arrival.

Important Notice
Note: To visit Aru, Chandanwari and Beetab Valley at Pahalgam you have to hire a private local cab
from the transport yard at Pahalgam. The cost to visit these places is approximately Rs 1800/ 2200 per
cab. Mostly Tavera cab is preferred which will take you for sightseeing to these places with 01 hour halt
at each place.
Cost for Gulmarg Gondola Cable Car Ticket will be Rs 750 / per pax for first phase and 950/ per pax for
second phase. Also cost for local registered guide at Gulmarg will be Rs 600/700 for full day. (Tickets not
included in the package cost unless requested to include in the package cost.)

Prepaid SIM cards of other districts of India will not work in J&K.
Take woolen cloths with you for the winter months.
As Per the Government directive, you are requested to produce guest (Indian Nationality) their photo
identity document such as Driving License/Pan Card/Voter ID Card/Passport's photocopy etc. and For
Foreign Nationality original Passport and Visa at the point of check in at the hotel.

Package Exclusion
Expenses of personal nature such as tips, laundry, table drinks etc.
Services of a guide / entrance fee / lunch / snack / tea at any visited place.
Any other Sightseeing not mentioned in the above package i.e. Lunch, garden entry fees during tour.
Any Horse riding/ Sightseeing of Beetab Valley, Aru & Chandanwari at Pahalgam / Cable Car Ride at
Gulmarg / Thajawas Glacier at Sonmarg / Rafting / Paragliding / Skiing or any other such activity.
Camera Fee /Excess Baggage/Emergency/Medical Cost.
Any optional Tour / Trip other than mentioned in the tour program / Service of vehicle on Leisure days
and after finishing the Sightseeing tours.
Any Air/Train/Bus Fair / Chopper Tickets for Holy Darshan at Katra / Chained Vehicle from Tangmarg to
Gulmarg – Tangmarg in case of snowfall.
Visa Fee and Airport Tax. / Any extra expenses due to flight cancellation / Road blockages / Disturbances
Entrances to Mughal Gardens /Monasteries / Temple/Monuments /

Important Things to Note

A. Kindly note that names of hotels / Resorts / Houseboats mentioned above only indicate that our rates
have been based on usage of these hotels and it is not to be construed that accommodation is
confirmed at these hotels until and unless we convey such confirmation to you. In the event of
accommodation not becoming available at any of the above mentioned hotels we shall book alternate
accommodation at a similar or next best available hotel and shall pass on the difference of rates
(supplement / reduction whatever applicable) to you.
B. Our offer is based on usage of base category rooms at the mentioned hotels (unless specified
otherwise) and if this category of rooms is not available we shall try to confirm accommodation in next
available higher category of rooms and shall advise supplementary cost involved while conveying the
status.
C. We shall not be responsible for any change in the itinerary due to landslides, flight cancellations,
weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances. The additional cost incurred will be in addition to
the cost
D. During the month of January to March most of the hotels | guest houses | Resorts won’t be
operational due to heavy snowfall at Sonmarg and road blockade and off season in various locations of
Sonmarg and Pahalgam etc. (So in that scenario best alternate accommodation will be provided with
prior information to the guests at the time of booking)
