ABSTRACT
Project Title: Mobile Shop Management System
The propose of mobile shop management system is to automate the existing manual system by the
help of computerized equipment’s and full-fledged computer software, fulfilling their requirements,
so that their valuable data / information can be sorted for a longer period with easy accessing and
manipulation of the same. The required software and hardware are easily available and easy to
work with.
Mobile shop management system, as described above, can lead to error free, secure, reliable and
fast management system. It can assist the user to concentrate on their other activities rather to
concentrate on the record keeping. This it will help organization in better utilization of resources.
The organization can maintain computerized records without redundant entries. That means that
one need not be distracted by information that is not relevant, while being able to reach the
information.
The aim is to automate is existing manual system by the help of computerized equipment’s and full-
fledged computer software fulfilling their requirements, so that their valuable data / information can
be stored for a longer period with easy accessing and manipulation of the same. Basically the project
described how to manage for good performance and better services for the client.

1. Introduction to Proposed System
(a). Motivation
My interest in computer science began around three years ago when I first came into contact with
computer coding in college. From there on, I was captivated. I started working on small projects of
my own, creating other program and a simple calculator. I have learned small pieces of codes from
several languages through the college lectures that are available online freely as well as through
other. For me, working on computer code is my way of being creative, since I find it difficult to be
creative in more common ways such as drawing. Every time I write a piece of computer code, I get
the feeling I have created a piece of art and reading computer code, to me, feels like looking at a
piece of art.
(b). Problem Statement

In the existing system details are maintained manually. Due to this the data retrieved is time
consuming. Due to human calculation errors occur. Even when the data is maintained on
spreadsheet inconsistency occurs as an order might be missed or wrongly entered or twice. Data are
stride an excel sheet which takes lot of time and data may be corrupted. As storage and exchange of
data is achieved only by use of excel sheets which lack validation capabilities, there is always risk of
invalid, inaccurate or incomplete data being fed in computer. Difficulty in managing multiple forms.
(c). Objective
The proposed system is computerized and has been developed using advance language therefore it
gives more facilities than present system. It provides quick access to any data. In this system user
have to enter the data only once and then it gets linked with all files. This reduces the workload of
user and it is also a time saving process. The information about any Subscriber can be easily
retrieved. The system maintains all records easy. The new system will convert manual work to the
computerized work. By converting manual work to the computerized work in that case it will
remove all paper work. By maintaining all the work on computer will increase our accuracy as well
as speed of our work. It will easily use and the time consuming is decreased.
(d). Project Scope

This System has large scope for the Mobile Shop Management System& Mobile Information. The
System stores all information of the Mobiles. System can able to accept user request and manages
information like Mobile’s as well as the Customers and Clients. System provides the facility of
Mobile Information with their Prices. System Provide facility of payment and purchase Products
(e). Limitations
 The existing system was not very effective & was highly time consuming.
 The current system works manually
 The existing system was somewhat paper-based (paper-work).
 Which takes time?
 The rate at which the work done is very slow due to non-utilization of computerized system.
 It does not provide better data facilities as well as data availability on fingertip.
 Inconsistency was the major problem in the existing system as there is no proper facility was
provided to update the data.
 In case user wants to find out details of particular Mobiles whole database records are
displayed.
 It is difficult to remember all data.
 It is difficult to remember all data.
 Large storage space is required to keep to the files and register in proper Coordination's
 In the present system the report generation becomes very difficult.
