I. WORK EXPERIENCE
1. How long have you been teaching ESL online? What kind/s of students have you handled?
> I’ve been a part-time ESL (Business Communications) Trainer since January 2021. I have handled young adults
and Professionals.
3. Which companies have you worked with and please tell us the reasons for leaving?
>Bizmates and Partner English. I am still about to leave if given the opportunity to work with IVY English due to
higher pay rate and less payment hassle.
4. Are you currently employed with other online English school? if so, how much is the rate per hour?
>Bizmates at Php230.00 per hour and to be deducted with 10% Tax and partner English as VIP Trainer for
Php205.00/hour.
5. Do/Did your students like your lessons? Tell why you think so.
>I can confidently say that my students like me since I already have more than 10 regular students.

2 Are both internet connection and power supply stable in your area? How often do you experience power interruption
and/or internet connection downtime in a month?
>Internet connection and power supply are both stable. We experience interruption during bad weather days
and/or unexpected power line damage only.
3. How many people have access to your internet connection? Do they use the internet while you conduct classes?
>Four family members including me use our internet but we rarely use the internet at the same time since my kids
and husband goes to school and work while I have my class.
4. Is your workstation and teaching environment conducive for online learning? Is your background free from any form of
distraction?
5. Is your workstation free from noise (e.g., dog bark, cars passing, baby crying)?
>YES. It is located on the 2nd floor of our house.
6. What kind of device will you be using to conduct classes (desktop/laptop)? Please include the specifications.
>Desktop (Main) and laptop (for emergency).

Processor: AMD Ryzen 3 2200G with Radeon Vega Graphics 3.50 GHz
Installed Ram: 8.00 GB (5.95 GB usable)
Window Specs: Windows 10 Pro;
7. Do you have headphones with noise cancellation feature? (We don’t allow headsets)
>Yes. I also installed KRISP.
2. Our peak hours are from 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM from Mondays to Fridays. Will you be able to open at least four hours of
teaching time from the said peak hours?
4. We need long term teachers who can stay for at least a year. Can you commit to work for the company for at least a
year?
>Yes.
1.Do your plans in the near future (at least a year from now) include any of the following: moving to a new house, getting
married & having kids, studying, working abroad, or travelling overseas?
>I am currently completing my Master’s degree in Management so I can graduate this year.
2. Are you both a reliable and a responsible teacher? Tell why you think so.
>YES. I haven’t tried cancelling a class just because I don’t feel like teaching. And to be able to provide great
learning experience, I always prepare and even research about the lesson topic prior our class.
3. How can you assure the company that you will rarely make class cancellations and avoid short notices?
>Family emergencies are inevitable which is the only reason that I would have to cancel a class but when it
happens, I always try to contact operations support right away.
4. Are you married? Do you have kids? If so, who will look after them during your class hours?
> I am married and I do have 2 kids ages 11 and 5. They are both going to school already. We do have a hired
baby sitter who helps me with my 5-year old.
