Subject: MONITORING TOOL DEPED COMPUTERIZATION
PROGRAM (DCP)

Relative to OUA Memorandum 00-0322-0196 dated 22 March 2022,


Monitoring of DepEd Computerization Program (DCP), the Technology Infrastructure
Division of the Information and Communications Technology Service (ICTS-TID)
introduced the DCP Online Monitoring Tool to encourage faster submission of
feedback and related input from recipient and candidate recipient schools.
The data gathered from the monitoring tool will form the baseline information
that will be verified by DCP monitoring teams.
In the near term, these details shall be used to provide timely and
appropriate adjustments and interventions to ensure equitable and efficient
distribution of DCP allocation for DCP 2023 up to 2025.
Thereinafter, findings collated shall constitute the basis for identifying
general policy gaps, problem areas, trends, opportunities, goals and other
concerns either identified or not previously defined. These steps are essential to
ensure that everything is going as planned.

30, 2022, using the link:
