Description Complexity
The user should be able to view Lenskart's loading screen for about 5 to 10
seconds before they are redirected to the Login / Signup page

The user should be able to Login to the application.


If the user does not have an acount, the user should be redirected to the Signup
page.
The user should be able to type in their Login credentials;
1. Mobile / Email ID
2. Password

If the user forgets the password, they should be able to verify their Mobile /
Email ID and reset the password.
Upon selection, the user should enter the Mobile / Email ID for 2 step
verification

The user should be able to create an Account in the application by entering the
details such as;
1. Name
2. Age
3. Gender
4. Mobile
5. Email ID
6. Password
The user should also be able to Cancel and go back to Login page

The user should be able to view the Products of different categories such as;
1. Eyeglasses
2. Sunglasses
3. Contact lenses
4. Blu computer glasses
5. Kids glasses

The user should be able to view the list of Products that are frequently bought
such as;
1. Vincent chase
2. Lenskart Air

The user should be able to view to the Products that have been most recently
added to the Product catalog such as;

The user should be able to view to the Products that have been viewed most
frequently among all the categories such as;

The user should be able to search for the desired Products using Keywords in the

Upon searching the user should be able to view the list of Products that contain

The user should be able to sort between the different orders that the Products

The user should be able to filter the Products between the following options;
1. Brands

Upon selection of each/all of the options, the user should be able to view only
the Products that come under those categories

The user should be able to click a photo of their face and view the Products
virtually 3D mounted on their face using AR.
When viewing the Products list, the user should be able to toggle between the
Product view and the 3D view

The user should be able to call and book an appointment with the Lenskart
Experts for an Eye test and consultation.
The user will be prescribed suitable Products according to the test results.
The user should also be able to Home Try on after the Home Eye test

The user should be able to Order the selected Products online through
Whatsapp or by calling the Experts using the Toll-free number.
The user should also be able to Try on the prescribed Products after the Lenskart
Expert conducts the Home Eye test

The user should be able to locate the nearby Lenskart stores using Curent
location or by entering State/Pincode/Locality.
The store can also be contacted before visiting in order to check the Product
availability

The user should be able to able to register for the Loyalty membership that
allows the user to get VIP treatment with exclusive offers, access to curated
Brand specials, free Home try ons
The user should be able to experience Collaborative browsing using a Code that
can be shared with another person.
That way both participants in a co-browsing session can navigate the same
screen at the same time
The user should be able to view the blog page that contains the articles of
achievements and news about Lenskart
The user should be able to Save / Edit their basic details such as First name, Last
name, Gender and Age
The user should be able to Add / Edit the delivery address where the Orders are
expected to be received
The user should be able to view the Products prescribed by the Expert after
conducting the Eye test or as per the user's requirement

The user should be able to view the details such as Store Credit Balance,
Voucher Balance and Saved Cards

The user should be able to view the current warehouse location of the Products

Mission, Vision, Investment, Scope for Margin of ROI, etc. with a Business
Calculator.
The user should also be able to view the 'Store format' in which the Franchise
will be built

The user should be able to view the Terms and conditions of using the Lenskart
application, that is a legal agreement explaining the user's rights &
responsibilities, Liabilities and Disputes

The user should be able to view the Privacy policy of using the Lenskart
