1. About the Scholarship
We named our 2023 scholarship program B.A.T to honor Mr. Bruce Hogge and Mrs. Amy Gottlieb, our
generous donors who trusted us to award ten outstanding bachelor students with scholarships.
2. Eligibility
The scholarships will be granted to applicants who:
1. Currently enrolled as bachelor’s degree students (semester 1-5) of any major at one of the top
10 universities listed.
2. Have a minimum GPA of 3.5
3. Have great motivation and strong commitment to pursue higher studies.
4. Come from underprivileged family.
3. Requirements
Applicants must submit the following documents to be considered for the scholarship award:
1. Completed application form

2. Motivation letter in English (Between 750-1000 words).
3. A copy of academic transcript clearly shows recent GPA.
4. One letter of recommendation from academic advisor/lecturer.
5. An official letter from the faculty/university confirming your status as an active/registered
bachelor’s degree student.
6. A copy of student ID card.
7. A statement from the local authority stating the underprivileged status.
8. Any additional document that can strengthen the application status (TOEFL/IELTS score,
awards, or certificates of volunteering works).
9. Submit the application to [email protected] before the deadline.
4. Timeline
The selection process will be divided into several stages:
1. March 01 – 31st Application submission

2. April 1 – 15th Phase 1: Documentation verification
3. April 16 – 30th Phase 2: Short listed announcement
4. May 01- 20th Phase 3: Interview
5. June 12 – 16th Final Phase: Announcement
5. Benefits
Recipients of B.A.T scholarship will gain the following benefits:
1. Financial support of IDR 2.500.000/semester that can be renewed every semester (terms and
conditions applied)
2. Long term academic mentorship including English development, writing exercises, scholarship
application guidance, and interview preparation sessions.
3. Volunteering experience with national & international exposure
4. Personal, academic, and professional development opportunities.
5. Supportive and encouraging community
6. Networking with fellow academics nationally and globally.
