If escalator stop and fault code 60 or 61 appears when escalator runs about 15 seconds by key
Operated switch
Please check according to below steps
Step 1: watch if LED lights (HR1 &HR2) on EMB board is flashing when escalator runs
(HR1 is left signal indication, HR2 is right signal indication)
If LED doesn’t flash, please check whether handrail sensor and cabi
damaged
according to relational circuit diagram.

Main power off before chartie those DIP switches setting
2.1 If escalator has handrail speed and step missing monitor function, and without dynamic brake
Please set those DIP switches according to below message
position, other DIP switches are “OFF”

Please set those DIP switches according to below message
DIP switches 5, 6, 7 are “ON"position, other DIP switches are “OFF” position. Troubleshooting for fault code 60 or 61
Or refer to circuit diagram in cabinet of the escalator to set all DIP switches according to
Drawing information, as below figure.
