    NARRATIVE REPORT ON THE CONDUCT


    OF ON THE SPOT INSPECTION OF PNP

    Relative to the Regional Memorandum


    no. 83 s. 2023, entitled Reiteration of the
    Conduct of Coordination Meeting between
    DepEd Field Offices and the PNP
    Counterparts re: Reports of School
    Violence, Tuy District Guidance
    Coordinators together with all school heads
    conducted meeting on the implementation
    of the said memorandum held at JLMNHS
    last March 17, 2023.
    As agreed upon, every schools who
    volunteered to have the learners and school
    personnel inspected were made to arranged
    schedules and negotiated with the PNP.
    Tuy National High School which
    comprises of 19 teaching staffs and 1 non-
    teaching and 472 learners were visited by
    the Tuy PNP headed by PEMS Orlando
    Salanguit and PSMS H.J. Salanguit on the
    27th of March , 1 :00 in the afternoon.
