Minimum Job • Must have proven experience in managing outsourcing / offshoring transitions
Requirements: (migration/transition work from different locations)
• University degree in Business, Finance, IT (or related fields) are preferred
• Excellent English and Filipino communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge or experience in insurance business across product is preferred (sales,
customer relations, operation, reporting)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership and influencing skills
