1.0 PROJECT INTRODUCTION

A 2.6–kilometer all elevated 4-lane toll expressway extending the NLEX
southward from Antipolo St., España Blvd., Sampaloc Manila to PUP Sta.
Mesa, Manila, and connecting to the Skyway Stage 3, and mostly traversing
the PNR rail track.

2.0 GENERAL SCOPE OF WORKS

The scope of work generally consists of ELECTRICAL WORKS

INCLUSIONS
1. Supply, Delivery, and Installation of conduits and wirings for Electrical
Works for Toll Plazas from tapping point to panel board.
2. Supply, Delivery, and Installation of conduits and wirings for Mainline
Electrical Works from tapping point to panel board.
3. Supply, Delivery, and installation of hangers and supports for Electrical
Works for the Main Alignment & Toll Plaza and other miscellaneous items
to complete the system.
4. Supply, Delivery, and Installation of a complete circuit breaker,

panel/control board, and other accessories in a specified enclosure.

5. Supply, Delivery, and Installation of a complete grounding system for the
Toll Plazas.
6. Supply, Delivery, and Installation of a complete grounding system for the
Roadway Lighting of the Main Alignment.
7. Supply, Delivery, and Installation of Service Entrance Equipment,
including all Accessories for Power Entry
8. Application of Electrical service connections including preparation of all
necessary drawings, forms and related documents and coordination with
water company and other authorities, or persons involved in the
procedures.
9. Securing permit to operate, all permits and licenses from relevant
authorities as required if any.
10. Preparation and submission of brochures, construction methodologies,
shop drawings, as-built drawings and comprehensive Operation and
Maintenance manuals for the Plumbing and Sanitary system and
equipment supplied & installed.
11. Testing and Commissioning of the Electrical works in accordance with the
Specifications.
12. Training Course for Maintenance personnel.
13. A full time Project Manager and Engineer/supervisor during construction
phase for quality control and site supervision.
14. Attendance to site management meetings.
15. Compliance to Project's safety and administrative requirements before
mobilization of manpower including, but not limited to the following:
a. Submission of official master list of Engineers, Staffs and Workers to
be deployed at project.
b. Submission of pre-employment medical examination for each
personnel.
c. Submission of Construction Health and Safety Program for the project.
d. Provision of company ID for each personnel.
e. Submission of work methodology signed by Subcontractor's Project
Manager or Project-In-Charge.
f. Submission of Job Hazard Analysis or Job Safety Analysis signed by
Subcontractor's Project Manager or Project-In-Charge.

g. Submission of updated curriculum vitae of assigned safety officer or

personnel.
h. Submission of copy of COSH training certificate of assigned safety
officer or personnel and copy of certificate of training of assigned First
Aider.
i. Provision of first aid kit.
j. Site orientation of all personnel to be deployed.
k. Submission of Third-Party Testing Certificate of Heavy equipment to
be deployed, NCII Certificate and LTO License of Operators and
Riggers.
l. Submission of OR/CR of service vehicles to be deployed and LTO
license drivers.
m. Submission of other applicable NC II certification for electricians,
welders, etc. to be deployed.
16. Mobilization and demobilization charges.
17. Transport of owner supplied materials from stockyard to site.
18. Unloading of materials, tools and equipment from truck and insurance
during transit and insurance during transit and unloading.
19. Lifting of materials, tools and equipment.
20. Coordination with safety officer on Traffic Management during delivery.
21. Power and water consumption cost for offices and warehouse.
22. Worker's uniform and the required safety paraphernalia for the entire
duration of work
23. Garbage collection and disposal to CRBC designated area within the
project site.
24. Rapid testing of personnel to be deployed on project.
25. Installation of Scaffoldings

EXCLUSIONS
1. Power (CRBC only provide genset and fuels for power), water and
sanitary facilities.
2. Supply Scaffoldings, where required (erection and dismantling by
competent scaffolder including return to CRBC storage area are Subcon's
scope)

3. Staging area and space for site office and warehouse.

1) A fixed unit price contract is adopted, the specific project quantity is

determined according to the on-site instructions, and the final quantity is
determined according to the actual completion situation, the
subcontractor's quotation has fully considered this issue.

1) Advance payment: None

2) Monthly Progress Payment to be made in accordance with the Valuation of
the Work Done. (10% retention)
3) The CRBC includes the Subcontractor in his Contractor’s All Risk and
Public Liability Insurance Policies. The group accident insurances provide
by Subcontractors.

2.4 Programme

The Supplier shall perform the Works in accordance with the attached
programme/work schedule and timeline below. Please note that the dates in
the Programme indicate the availability of the Sections, the subcontractor shall
develop a detailed programme to match the Contractor’s requirements.
