BUSINESS PROCESS

One of the company's most important things to do to gain a profit is to operate.

The operation days of the firm will take place from Mondays to Saturdays and will be

closed by Sunday to ensure that our employees are still taking breaks from their

workloads and having time for their families, friends, or themselves. While talking

about the operation hours of the company, it will be open from 9 a.m. through 5 p.m.

This is to assure that the firm will have the operation not too late or too early for the

company to gain customers. With this time, it is very idealistic for the employee so

that they will only work for 8 hours and have time to relax after a tiring day.

B.FORM OF OWNERSHIP

Nacolo, the company responsible for nature-based watercolors, is a sole

proprietorship. The company started as an idea until it was executed in the form of a

small business. The founders decided together to create Nature Color. As a sole

proprietorship, having started with a small seed capital for their first product. As

Nacolo became more known to the general public, the company slowly began to

expand and will continue to do so in the years to come. The company is aware of the

benefits of being a sole proprietorship and the risks involved, but ultimately chose to

make that decision. Nacolo reaps the financial rewards and is responsible for all risks

and liabilities while running the business. The company's principal owner, Aisha

Panotes, is a recognized certified public accountant with five years of experience in

the field and worked at confidential university before founding the company in the

Philippines with a friend and production manager, San Juan Felicity. The corporate

main office and the essential needs of the entire company.

F.ORGANIZATION POLICIES AND REGULATION

Rules and Regulations of the Company

​The employees of the company must abide by the following rules and regulations

while on company property at all times, including during breaks and overtime. These

sets of rules and regulations are made to maintain and ensure order and safety inside

the company.
1. Every Nacolo employee is required to abide by all acts, directives, policies, rules,

and regulations that are imposed by the corporate authorities and that will always be

in effect at any given moment.

2. The employees must behave in a formal and professional manner, in accordance

with the code of ethics of the company.

3. Employees are accountable for any damage to company property, including tables,

chairs, computers, and other items.

4. The employees must always act responsibly and uphold fairness inside the

company.

5. If something awful happens, the employees should notify their supervisors rather

than make their own decisions.

6. The employees are required to adhere to the dress code.

7. Employees are not permitted to use illegal narcotics before entering the workplace

or to consume alcohol there.

8. The employees are required to fulfill the company's social obligation.

9. Inside the workplace, employees should always maintain proper hygiene.

10. Every employee will be subject to a monthly physical examination and a drug test.

11. No weapons or sharp objects are permitted within the company.

12. Smoking is not permitted among employees in the company.

13. The company authority will severely punish any form of abuse, and the police

authorities will be also notified.

14. Anybody who violates company policies will face disciplinary action from the

organization.
