Assignment 2: BPMN

The prepare-to-defend project process can be described as follows


• This process begins when a student receives a project proposal.
• Once the project proposal received, must :
o First, the student prepare the report
o Then, the supervisor review the report
o Then, the student submit the report.
• The student finally defend his project
• This process ended when the project defended

Q1. Give the BPMN model if we suppose that prepare report and review report activities
are repeated until the report is approved:
• The supervisor can approve or not the report
• If the report is approved, the student submit the report
• If the report is not approved, the student prepares it again and the supervisor review it.

Q2. We suppose that the student can submit soft copy and/or hard copy. Give the BPMN
model if the student must submit both hard copy and soft copy.

Q3. We suppose that the student can submit soft copy and/or hard copy. Give the BPMN
model if the student must submit only one copy: hard copy or soft copy.
