includes various subjects like Life science data mining where the data mining is done, where huge amount of data related to the life sciences is involved and is required to
be analyzed. Genome Annotation is a part of the Bioinformatics and it means the process where locations of genes are identified and other coding regions in a genome and
determining what those genes do. Molecular Modeling is done where all computation practices and theories used to model the behavior of molecules is called molecular
modeling. It is used in the field of material sciences, drug designing, computational biology and computational chemistry.
Our 4 day comprehensive "Workshop on In-silico proteomics and structural Biology" aims at providing systematic Hands-on-Training on using advanced
Bioinformatics and Proteomics application/tools. This workshop had been conceptualized by eminent scientist havening substantial experience in the field of structural
Biology.
Workshop groups will study problems with hands-on examples using computational biology methods and discuss issues highlighted by examples and Case Studies
presented by instructors. A Case Study set with a focus on biological databases, sequence analysis using Bioinformatics approaches, protein structure prediction, analysis
and prediction of structural organization of protein, Homology Modeling Tools, Visualize protein structures, understanding concepts of molecular evolution, gene
