    RESOLUTION TO APPOINT SCHOOL PTA SUB-TREASURER

    WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 27, 2023, the elected School Parents-Teachers
    Association officers of Pinili National High School, SY 2022-2023, need Sub-Treasurer of the
    organization.

    WHEREAS, we, the SPTA Officers of Pinili National High School hereby officially appoint
    PSTRA. MILAGROS EDMALIN as Sub-Treasurer of the organization, to aid the newly
    elected SPTA Treasurer with the financial resources of the organization.

    NOW, AND THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the School PTA officers hereby appoints
    PSTRA. MILAGROS EDMALIN as Sub-Treasurer to the School PTA, effective as of the
    date of this Resolution.
