This document provides instructions for two simulation modeling assignments. The first assignment asks the student to create a simulation table showing system states, future event lists, and cumulative statistics using given interarrival and service times up until a clock time of 15. The second assignment asks the student to redo a call center problem using a manual simulation and event scheduling approach.
