We are seeking a Java Developer to work with various clients at our delivery center in Guadalajara, MX.
Our mission at Apex Systems is providing Insights that Inspire. As a Java Developer you will help achieve
that mission by giving our clients consultative guidance and technical expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, execute, monitor, track defects and report tests.


• Implement data flows within applications
• Helping out with retrieving data from Transamerica’s on-prem systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent


• Practical proficiency using web technology languages (e.g. TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
and basic design principles
• 5+ Years of experience working with Java8 and SpringBoot
• Experience on microservices (REST)
• Experience debugging JavaScript/TypeScript using developer tools within major browsers.
• Experience with JSON, XML, XSLT, and web services
• experience with Apache Camel
• Basic experience with software development techniques and methodologies including SCRUM.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)

Nice To have:

• Previous tech lead experience


• Desire to learn new technologies and techniques to deliver world class software to improve
community health and safety
