BEFORE BEGINNING CALCULATION
1) Be sure to remove the adhesive tape stuck on the printer mechanism before
connecting AC cord with your machine.
2) Plug in AC power cord.
3) Be sure that paper roll and inked ribbon have been installed properly .
4) Turn power switch on ."O.C• " will automatically be printed on the paper tape.
Power switch is located on the right side of the cabinet .
5) Set decimal point selector switch at the desired position.

NOTE: The inked ribbon spools are taped for transportation.

Please make sure to remove the tape on Printer-Mechanism
before operating!

GENERAL MAINTENANCE
1) Do not place the machine in hot, dusty or damp
locations.
2) To clean the housing use a silicon-treated cloth .
Do not use water or detergents.
3) Do not place anything on the housing, particular·
ly on the head of the printer mechanism.
4) Turn off the power switch before remov1ng the
plug from AC wall outlet.
5) Turn the power sw1tch off while not in use.

Correct
HOW TO CHANGE THE RIBBON
See Fig . 1.
1) Turn off the power switch.
2) Remove the printer cover by pulling the cover
up .
3 ) While holding the ribbon lock (A) to arrowed
directions (pinch). lift ribbon spools off the
shafts. Discard the old ribbon and spools.
4) Separate the spools of ne.;; ribbon between tne
tape and the printer head , guide it around the
four ribbon guides (B) and place the spools on

5) Allowing the ribbon spools to seat themselves,
release the ribbon locks. If necessary, turn each '

HOW TO FEED THE PAPER TAPE
1) Put the new paper roll in t he paper ho lder, slightly open ing the paper holders in the
A directions as indicated in Fig. 3 .
2) Insert the paper into the sl it 8 as indicated in F ig. 3 .
3) Depress the paper feed key.
4) Su itable paper roll
Width : 58 mm max.
Diameter : 60 mm max .
Paper : Norm al paper
(45 kg/ 1000 sheets/788 x 1091 mm )

HOW TO INSTALL PAPER HOLDERS

Make sure that paper holders are f i rmly installed by depressing hard from top side so
that the printer cover will catch in t o t he hooks properl y . See Fig. 4 .

BEFORE BEGINNING CALCULATION

1) Plug in AC power cord.

2) Be sure that paper roll and ribbon cartrige have been installed properly.
3) Turn power switch on, and make sure that power lamp lights. "O·C•" will auto·
matically be printed on the paper tape.
4) Set decimal point selector switch at t he desired position.

VOR RECHENBEGINN:

1) Netzkabel anschieBen.
2) Kontrollieren, ob Papierro lle und Farbband richtig eingesetzt sind.
3) Ein/ Aus-Schalter einschalten, priifen ob Betriebsanzeigelampe leuchtet. Auf dem
Papierstreifen wird automatisch "O·C•" gedruckt. Der Ein/ Aus-Schalter befindet
sich auf der rechten Geh8useseite.
4) Kommawahlschalter in die gewiinschte Stellung schalten.

A VANT D'UTILISER LA CALCULATRI CE

1) Brancher le cable secteu r.

2) verifier si le rouleau de papier et le ruban encreur ont ete mis en place correctement.
3) Mettre l'interrupteur en position de marche, verifier si Ia lampe-temoin de service
s'allume. L'indication " O ·C•" est imprimee sur Ia bande de papier automatique-
ment. L'interrupteur se trouve sur le cOte droit du boitier.
4) Placer le Setecteur de dfcimales sur Ia position voului!.

A NTES DE COMENZAR LOS CALCULOS

1) Enchufe el cable de Ia alimentaci6n de CA.

2) Cerci6rese de que el rollo de papel y Ia cinta entintada esten bien instal ados.
3) Encienda Ia ali mentaci6n. "O·C·" se imprimira automaticamente en el rollo de papel.
4) Ponga el conmutador selector de coma decimal en Ia posicion deseada.
