JioExtender JCM0112 extends your existing JioFiber network

eliminating Wi-Fi weak areas throughout your home. JCM0112
can connect with either wired (LAN cable) backhaul or wireless
backhaul to JioFiber HomeGateway. In this scenario, JioFiber
HomeGateway will work as a Mesh Controller and a gateway to
the Internet, whereas JCM0112 will work as a Mesh Agent/Wi-Fi
extender.

JioFiber HomeGateway is JioExtender compatible but EasyMesh

feature in JioFiber HomeGateway must be ON before installing the
JioExtender. This can be done using the JioHome mobile app‘s
MyNetwork or JioFiber HomeGateway‘s webUI.
1 Setting up first Mesh Unit

Connect the first mesh unit via a LAN cable to the JioGigaFiber
router. Power ON the mesh unit and wait for Power and WiFi LEDs
to turn solid green. Once the WiFi LED turns solid green, the unit
is paired and ready to use. The pairing procedure takes up to 3
minutes for all Jio Mesh units.

2 Setting up additional Mesh Units

Connect the additional mesh unit to the JioGigaFiber router using

the LAN cable and power on the device. Once the WiFi LED on
the mesh unit turns solid green, the unit is paired and ready to
use. Disconnect the LAN cable and place this additional mesh unit
at your desired location to extend the network.
3 Device Management

You can setup and manage your home Wi-Fi by using the Jio-
Home App‘s My Network feature or using the JioFiber Home-
Gateway web GUI. You can Turn ON the HomeGateway‘s Mesh
support from its web GUI. JioHome MyNetwork turns ON the Ho-
meGateway Mesh during its MyNetwork Mesh setup procedure.
