*As to my observations during the first day of our internship up until now , I think the
difficult part is on site task because there are various task that your CT might give you.
There are times that you easily finish it successfully but there are times also where l failed to
do the task because of some instances. Probably, that is all part of growing and learning as l
go along in my profession.

listener. In order for a school or campus to become progressive, it must have a leader who speak

with his actions. A true leader does not brag nor be proud of his position but rather render herself
to people to actively comply for effective learning and developing the morals of students. A good
listener who understands each other's differences and give possible actions to be taken.to create an
environment free from chaos, a well-mannered students and a school conducive for learning.
