Task Advocacy Poster


 Apply your understanding of how a person or individual's human
rights are protected.
Course and
Unit Learning  Express commitment in promoting rights of self and others.
Outcomes
 Promote specific laws protecting oneself and others through
advocacy poster.
Specifications Digital work and personal images may be utilized. The poster is A4
in size.
Overview
You will create an advocacy poster to demonstrate your awareness of the
significance of human rights.
What will you do?
1. Create a poster for advocacy.

2. On a separate page, provide a brief description of the poster.

3. Submit your performance task during completion week.


What will you submit?
Your advocacy poster must be submitted via canvas between March 27th and March
31st, 2023.

It is YOUR responsibility to ensure that you do not leave this assessment until the last
minute, when issues may arise that complicate your submission. Please ensure that
you communicate your reason.
Further Information
The CRA is made up of five criteria: creativity, organization, content, and idea
organization. The explanations below provide additional guidance on what is
expected of you in relation to each of the criteria:

POSTER
1. Creativity – Layout, design, graphics, and color use are all remarkably
interesting, creative, and appropriate.
2. Organization – The use of images, graphics, and texts is well-organized. And it
clearly conveys what is being said to the viewer.
3. Content – The student must appear on the poster.
EXPLANATION
1. Content – Explanation is relevant to the topic. The main point stands out and is
supported by specific details. The message is empowering and clearly
communicates the significance of human rights.
2. Organization of Ideas – Ideas are easily understood by various types of
readers.
