With reference to above case ID , we would like to inform you that our service representative visited to diagnose &
repair the product.
During the visit, it was found that the defect of the part (moisture on the MBD ) was not due to functional failure.
As per HP limited Warranty statement, the standard warranty does not extend to any HP Hardware Product that has
been damaged or rendered defective as a result of accident, misuse, liquid spills, abuse, contamination, or other
external causes.
However we can support the replacement of spare part on a chargeable basis at the best price. We look forward to
your acknowledgement to share the quotation at earliest

Dear Sir,
As per your warranty policy it will not cover any type of warranty if there is water spoil or liquid damage but
there is no water spill at my laptop since i use my laptop there is only problem occurs while i use my laptop after
windows 11 update. If there is any type of water spilled at my laptop then there is also another Metal part will damage
but there is no water entry found and i also visited 2 times at your hp care service centre but there is no one said that
any liquid damage found at laptop motherboard and after raise request your service executives also visited for
checking of laptop problem he visited at my location and gives me receiving of motherboard issue, your executive
also not found any type of liquid damage. After that day executives visited with new motherboard and For cleaning of

motherboard he asked me thinner and i provide him thinner which we used in our automobiles paint shop and after
cleaning he provide you photos of motherboard how is this possible that you not seen any type of liquid damage at
your service centre you said that please raise online request for warranty claim and hp will change motherboard
under warranty, but you found liquid damage in photos your executive also said that this damage is also found when
there is dust particles found because the part which you want to show me that there is liquid damage it will seen after
your executive cleans with my thinner. I am also take my laptop with to much protection because there is no any
chances that i spill any type of water please take it seriously and check my laptop motherboard properly with
transparency because you are only one who can check it properly and solve this warranty case you can take my
laptop under observation that there is another part also will damage if liquid spill on laptop but there is no part
affected. How is this possible that water or liquid will spill only at this specific part and it will found after thiner used for
cleaning. Please clear it on priority basis because after laptop cleaning there is heating and laptop display problem is
escalated many times.
