Intervention Program for Leadership Style Enhancement
Intervention Program for Leadership Style Enhancement

Rationale:

The intervention program takes a comprehensive approach to resolving

learners' concerns about leadership styles in office administration student’s officers.

It is goal-oriented, allowing people to gain experience as a leader, a life profession,

and future satisfaction.

The Coaching-Based Leadership Intervention Program is appropriate for

young people who require leadership experience but don't know how to deal with

people or situations in the future. The researchers have devised an intervention

program to assist students in developing what kind of leadership they have in order

to become better leaders in the future.

General Objective:

1. To orient BSOA students on understanding of change processes, and develop

skills;

2. To practice individual or team leadership through active group participation;

and

3. To develop a sense of confidence and belief in themselves and their ideas.

Their confidence will allow them to be challenged without feeling minimized

and to embrace ambiguity.
