Big Presses

The M&R 18 color and 16 color Challenger presses are two examples of high-capacity screen printing presses that are

CTS - Screen Making

We also ensure the best stencils possible but utilizing an automatic screen coater which eliminates human error and
fatigue and we re-stretch our screens internally to ensure a steady supply of quality high-tension screens.

Dye Sublimation: Plotters and Presses

Sublimation is a printing process that uses heat to transfer dye onto a variety of materials including polyester, polyester
blends, and some specialty materials. Our sublimation equipment includes top-of-the-line Mimaki sublimation plotters,
including our latest investment in the TS55-1800. This state-of-the-art technology ensures that your designs are vibrant,
accurate, and of the highest quality.
In addition to the advanced plotters, we also use Monti heat presses, which are considered the most advanced industry
standard. These presses are designed to provide consistent heat and pressure, ensuring that your designs are
permanently embedded into the fabric. The combination of our high-end plotters and heat presses ensures that we can
produce sublimated products that are of the highest quality, making us a trusted partner for your sublimation needs.

 Our Ink Mixing system is Pantone compatible and allows us to match (most)
corporate colours. The inks we use are tested regularly by major international
retailers and brands and are lead and phthalate free, making them a safe
choice for the wearer and environment.
