    CONTRACT OF LOAN

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    This Deed is made and executed by and between:

    __, Filipino, of legal age, and a resident of Rizal, herein referred to as the CREDITOR,

    and;

    __, Filipino, of legal age, and a resident of Rizal, herein referred to as the DEBTOR;

    WITNESSETH

    That the DEBTOR is desirous of borrowing the amount of NINE PESOS (000,000.00) Philippine
    Currency, while the CREDITOR is willing and able to lend the said amount, subject to the following terms and
    conditions:

    1. That the CREDITOR shall convey the amount of NINE PESOS (000,000.00) to the DEBTOR upon
    the execution of this Contract;
    2. That the DEBTOR shall pay the CREDITOR in Thirty One (31) monthly instalments of Thirty
    Pesos (P00,000.00) per month;
    3. That the first and subsequent monthly instalments shall be due beginning January 30, 2019 and on
    every 30th of the month following thereafter or until July 30, 2021;
    4. That the delay in payment of monthly instalments can be mutually agreed upon by the parties herein;
    and,
    5. That the parties herein hereby commit to fully observe the terms and conditions as embodied in this
    contract and are fully aware that any violation of the same shall expose such erring party to
    corresponding criminal, civil and/or administrative liabilities.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands this ____ day of Rizal.
