    STAFF MEETING

    TGV BUILDERS, INC. TACLOBAN TEAM


    Meeting No. 27

    DATE : July 15, 2021


    Attendance:
    1. Christian Sy

    The meeting started with a rundown of updates from each of the project supervisors/in-charge. First up was Engr.
    Penazo, who is in charge of updating the Daily Accomplishment Report (DAR) from March of 2021 onwards. Previous
    DARs will be done by Engr. Bobieth Ramalla. Engr. Penazo was asked to submit his DAR for March 1-25, 2021 on
    Monday, March 29, 2021. Engr. Penazo asked if he could reimburse for cellphone load since he makes a lot of follow-
    up calls to which Engr. Domo reiterated that project supervisors can be provided with cellphone load.

    As for the Hilongos bidding, Engr. Domo informed the group that our bid had to be discontinued to give way to the
    Mayor’s request. With this development, Mr. Cocollo can proceed with purchasing function, in lieu of Engr. Ramalla,
    along with the preparation of DTRs and facilitation of sending them to Manila main office. Engr. Domo also
    announced that Vanessa Cabidog is officially considered resigned from TGV Builders, Inc.

    As there is no representative from the Balangiga project, since Engr. Casipe is still in the project site, his update will
    have to be deferred until next meeting.

    With the approach of Holy Week, Engr. Domo announced that there will be no work from April 1-4, 2021. Work
    resumes on April 5, 2021.

    As for the 404M project, the contract extension will end by March 31, 2021. However, several issues including
    unfavorable weather and right-of-way situations affect the completion of the project. Further Notices of Claim and
    subsequent requests for time suspension/extension will have to be submitted to the LMWD PMU on the following:

    1. Unfavorable weather condition – Jayson will secure the certification of weather condition from PAG-ASA on
    Monday, March 29, 2021;
    2. Right-of-way issues relative to the construction of Anibong Bridge;
    3. Exact location of the EVRMC reservoir; and
    4. Unforeseen underground obstructions like drainage and fiber optic structures – Ar. Sola to prepare
    drawings and photos to support such claim.

    Meanwhile, Thadeus Tompong is in charge of warehousing.
