Commitment of Implementation

As a response to the alarming situation of malnutrition among children ages 12 years old and below in our
country, the (diocese/organization/institution/school) LIBUDON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL will continue to
support Hapag-Asa Integrated Nutrition Program in pursuing its goals by implementing the program in
communities under our jurisdiction.

By implementing the program, the (diocese/organization/institution/school) understands that it has the


responsibility to provide for the counterparts, conduct education classes for parents and regularly submit
reports to the Hapag-Asa Secretariat.

Thus, the (diocese/organization/institution/school) signifies its commitment to continue with the program with
