1. REFERENCE DOCUMENTS ATTACHED

Documents listed at sheet 5 after approval of Company have a top priority.

The reference documents for the bid, here attached, are divided in different type. In case of conflict on technical requirements, the following
order of priority shall apply:

- Rules and Regulation (Local and Applicable International)

- Company's project technical specification
- Company's General / Functional specification
- Codes and Standards

In case of conflict on technical requirements between different standard relevant the same subject, the most stringent criteria shall apply.

Some reference documents mentioned in the project specification, may be not included in this Material Requisition,
because considered of minor impact and not critical for the technical and commercial quotation. However is the bidder
responsability to ask for any further clarification or documentation in case of need.

2. VENDOR Scope of Supply shall be in full compliance with Project Data Sheets and Specifications (as per Page 5 of this M.R.).

3. Copy of Shipping drawings shall accompany shipment.
