fox, paint, bond paper, word cart, crayons ( blue, red, yellow ).

Introduction

 To start our morning routine, I will greet the students and lead the prayer. To energize
the students I will dance and sing the “Red Circle, Blue Circle” after energizer it is time
to start our lesson and activities.
 I will gather students for the activity which will be fun filled. I will give each individual
the cut out pictures of the pig wherein I get to introduce 3 colors of them to pick namely
blue, red and yellow, as they dive into coloring each pig of their chosen color in the
bond paper. Afterwards, they will get to explain why they chose that color.
 The children will have time to freely color the pigs and interact with their peers.
 Lastly, I will tell the students that they will listen to a story about three little pigs and
how much fun they are going to participate while listening.

Procedures:

 I will tell the story using the laminated cut outs and I will be expecting pupils to
participate and ask questions while I tell the story. Afterwards, they get to show their
individual pigs and explain their chosen color.

Closure:

 I will ask the following questions during and after the story:
 What are the animals in the story?
 How many pigs were in the story?
 What animal in the story destroyed the house of the pigs?
 What sound does the letter “P” make?
 What sound of the wolf made when he blowed the house?
 Are you happy with your chosen color?
 Did you like the house you made?
 What other colors would you want to paint your house?
 What happened to the fox after he enter the house of the last pig?

Guided Practice

Art Center:

This will be an individual activity wherein children are ask to paint the house in the sample story
of the 3 little pigs. They will get to create their own house and paint. I will show the picture of
the house in the board for them to create imaginary house they want on their own. This will
include paint and bond paper with variety of colors namely blue, red, and yellow

Students will then be encouraged to go in front and show their painting. After then, expected to
tape it in the wall.

Writing Center:

I set up a word cart wherein I put a word, words like (red, yellow, blue). Students are expected
to write in a given blank card and finish the sentence they would likely add into. It would be
one or two words then they will put it in the word cart. Example word “blue” The blue sky.
The teacher will read the sentence and students will be encourage to repeat afterwards.

I will also encourage them to write in the board the objects they have seen in the classroom
with the related colors (red, yellow and blue)

Check for Understanding:

I will use anecdotal records to evaluate which students:

Have participated in the activities such as given interest in the story telling, spoken orally and
being creative in the art activity setting.
