Subject: Memorandum on workplace personal relationships (romantic)

Good day to you all, kindly take note of this memorandum with utmost importance
This minute serves to inform you on the policy of work place relationships, all employees are
urged to maintain strictly professional relationships among co-workers. Personal relationships
(romantic or sexual relationships) are not allowed in the workplace. If anyone is found to be
engaged in a personal relationship with a co- worker it will lead strictly to dismissal. This policy
is put in place to maintain a professional workplace enviroment and to avoid unnecessary
circumstances that can be brought with such engagements.

Kindly adhere to this policy, for further questions and clarity visit the HR.
