    1.0 SCOPE
    This plan covers the civil works for excavations, blinding, rebar works, formworks, concreting,
    and blockworks of perimeter fencing and equipment foundation bases. Also included in this
    plan is casting of slabs for project bond and proposed site visit of project bond ROW/Work
