1. Because of the nature of the business in which AL AiN IT Consultant Sdn Bhd is engaged, my
employment with AL AiN created a relationship of confidence and trust between AL AiN and me with

respect to certain confidential information belonging to AL AiN (Confidential Information) that gives AL
AiN business and commercial advantages and a competitive edge in its marketplace. I have been
reminded of my obligation, after I leave AL AiN, to continue to hold such Confidential Information in
confidence.
2. I acknowledge that, directly and indirectly, AL AiN has made me aware of information which is
Confidential Information of AL AiN or trade secrets; I understand that the area of trade secrets includes
but is not limited to software, documentation, sales plans, agreements, forecasts, customer lists,
financial information, and test results; furthermore I have been informed that IBT intends to protect its
property, interests, and trade secrets vigorously and will take whatever legal action is deemed necessary
to do so.
3. I acknowledge that in consideration of my employment with AL AiN I have previously agreed that I shall
hold in confidence and not directly or indirectly transfer, publish, disclose, or report any of the
Confidential Information mentioned above to any person or entity for any purpose, unless requested to
do so in writing by any authorised agent of AL AiN. I understand that information publicly known and
generally employed in the trade at or after the time I first learned of it, and generic knowledge that I
would have learned in the course of similar employment elsewhere in the trade shall not be considered a
part of the Confidential Information.
4. I confirm that in accordance with the terms and conditions of my employment I have promptly disclosed
to AL AiN all processes, inventions, modifications, improvements, and ideas (inventions) coming with the
scope of AL AiN business or relating to any work carried on by AL AiN of any tasks or responsibilities
assigned to me, whether conceived during the term of my employment, and whether or not conceived
during regular business hours. All books, notes records, manuals, and inventions are the sole and
exclusive property of AL AiN.
5. I also acknowledge my former agreement that, if any such inventions are deemed to be patentable or
copyrightable by AL AiN, I will execute all documents that are required to obtain the patent or registration
of copyright and to vest AL AiN will full title thereto without additional compensation or remuneration to
me.
