Assignment - Microsoft Excel


Download the image and make an Excel sheet as same as to the image. Total, Average, Result,
Maximum Marks, Minimum Marks and Number of Students are required to obtain by using the
Microsoft Excel functions.

There are two files attached to this window.


The first one, Excel Assignment, is your actual assignment. You will read through this document
and it will have instructions that you will follow to complete your assignment.
The second attachment, Excel Sample File, is an example of the values that you should type into
your spreadsheet.
When you get to the part of the assignment that says "Enter your data exactly like the example
provided", the Excel Sample is the example that it is referring to. You will enter the data just like
it is entered in the sample below, and then start completing the assignment. If you follow the
instructions exactly as they are listed in the assignment file, you should not have any problems
completing this assignment. If you do not have the 2013 version or later of Ms office, you may
complete the assignment using whatever version you have. Keep in mind, though, that the
instructions may differ.

=sum(A1:A6) (find sum from A1 to A6)
