Boston Dynamics is a company in the field of artificial intelligence.


Founded in 1992, it is a global company that cooperates with multinational
enterprises. For 20 years, we have cooperated with 17 countries and now
have 67 branches worldwide.

Our main products include: 3D Printing; Machine Learning; Artificial

Marc Raibert is the founder, former CEO, and current chairman of Boston Dynamics. Before founding
Boston Dynamics, Raibert was a professor of electrical engineering and computer science at MIT and
a professor of computer science and robotics at Carnegie Mellon University. Associate Professor. At
CMU, he founded the Leg Lab (1980), which helped establish the scientific basis for highly dynamic
robotics. Raibert developed the first self-balancing jumping robot, an important step forward in
robotics.

Boston Dynamics is focused on creating robots with advanced mobility, dexterity and intelligence.
We have long believed that sufficient mobility requires legs to access the natural and built worlds. We
started pursuing this dream more than 30 years ago, first in academia and then as part of Boston
Dynamics, because it was an exciting technical challenge and our goal of building highly mobile
robots required it. We want to make a robot that can go where people go. Tasks commonly referred to
as "dry, dirty and dangerous" don't just happen on well-organized factory floors, they also occur in
natural and man-made environments. These places require clever passage through rocky paths, stairs,
catwalks, doors or narrow and messy passages to function.

Our mission is to imagine and create exceptional robots that enrich people's lives. By building robots
with the mobility, dexterity and perception needed to contribute to modern society, we strive to create
a future where humans and machines work together to improve the safety, productivity and quality of
life for everyone.

Our products are currently designed for industrial and commercial use. As our products and
technologies mature, we believe the capabilities of robots will continue to improve and costs will
decrease to the point where we will be able to provide useful and enjoyable consumer-grade products.
