    CIVIL ACTION NO. _____________

    IN THE MATTER OF THE DISSOLUTION


    OF THE MARRIAGE OF:

    CASSANDRA MARIE TAYLOR

    AND

    MARSHAWN PRINCE TAYLOR

    JOINT COMPLAINT FOR DIVORCE

    COME NOW, Cassandra Marie Taylor and Marshawn Prince Taylor husband and
    wife, and

    file this their Joint Complaint for Divorce, pursuant to Miss. Code Ann. 93-5-2 (1972)

    and in support thereof state as follows:

    1.

    Cassandra and Marshawn, both of whom are of the mixed but Black race, are both
    bona fide resident

    citizens of Hinds County, Mississippi, and have been such for more than six months next

    proceeding the filing of this Joint Complaint for Divorce.

    2.

    The parties are Husband and Wife and were lawfully married on May 10, 2012.

    No other children born into the marriage and no children are expected.

    3.

    Adequate and sufficient provision by written agreement will be made by the

    parties for the settlement of property rights, maintenance and support.

    4.
    The parties state as a cause of action for divorce the irreconcilable differences

    which exist between them.

    5.

    The parties are advised and believe they are entitled to a divorce under the laws of

    the State of Mississippi.

    WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, the parties pray that their Joint

    Complaint for Divorce be received and filed; that the same remain on file for the time

    required by law, and that upon a final hearing hereof, the Court will grant a judgment of

    divorce from the bonds of matrimony now and heretofore existing between the parties.
    Should the parties be mistaken in

    the relief prayed for, the parties pray that the Court grant such other, further, general or

    special relief to which the parties hereto may be entitled in the premises.
