    Job Title: Senior Production Engineer - Manufacturing Operations

    Company: Burhani AQMS Industries PVT LTD.

    Job Type: Full time.

    Location: Hub, Lasbela, Balochistan, Pakistan

    Salary: 50,000

    Job Description:

    • Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient

    manner.

    • Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor

    required.

    • Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training.

    • Establishing safety procedures and protocols that take the workers' well-being into account,

    and that also minimise the carbon footprint.

    • Keeping updated of advancements in engineering and production, and sharing knowledge

    with co-workers.

    • Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices.

    • Drawing up production schedules and budgets for projects.

    • Scheduling meetings with relevant departments and stakeholders.

    • Analysing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement.

    • Obtaining any materials and equipment required.



    Responsibilities:

    • Get involved in organising and planning of regular/unanticipated maintenance work on all

    hydraulic equipment.

    • Must have hands on experience/knowledge of all pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

    • Can design and repair/maintenance of all pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

    • Can coordinate the daily and weekly operation of the Maintenance Department.

    • Must have ability to work closely with the Maintenance Supervisors to ensure daily and

    weekly tasks are completed in a safe and efficient manner.

    • Must have ability to prepare all procurement specific documents and document all technical

    procedures as well as bill of materials.

    • Can analyse all equipment designs and recommend improvement along with implementation

    • Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals and blueprints.

    • Effective communication skills to influence all levels of personnel and to create change.

    • Proactive approach to work as a team member with strong time management and record

    keeping skills.

    • Ability to develop work schedules and coordinate projects/assignments to meet deadlines.

    • Set up, adjust and operate a Lathe.

    Skills:

    • Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and concepts

    • Proficiency in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)

    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

    • Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes

    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

    • Ability to manage projects and prioritise tasks effectively

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

    • Familiarity with relevant industry codes and standards, such as ASME or ANSI.

    Education:

    • Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical/ Electronics engineer.

    • Basic knowledge of metallurgy.

    Experience:

    • 2 years minimum Lathe machining experience required.
