a) Quality of output depends on Quality of Input and processing method

b) It can’t replace mgmt. effectiveness & judgment

c) It only helps in decision making and problem solving

d) Not very flexible to every need of management and User

e) MIS can’t provide tailor made information package suitable for every type of
decision by executives

f) Only account quantitative factors not qualitative factors like moral, attitude of
members etc.

g) Not successful in organization where culture of sharing information is not present
