ASSESSMENT

Direction: Participate and assist your CT in scoring assessment tasks, computing grades, and
reporting grades to parents and guardians. Otherwise, you may conduct an interview if you
cannot assist your CT.

1. Discuss with your CT scoring students' assessment tasks, grade computation, and
reporting. This may also be done online.
2. Ask your CT what you can do to assist in scoring students' assessment tasks, grade
computation, and preparation for reporting in the Parents-Teacher Conference.

Write a reflection paper about your experience and thoughts as you assisted your CT:

- Score tests and assessment tasks


- Computing grades
- Preparing for PTC
