Cheer Audition Breakdown

Harper Lynn
Female, 13-17, Two year captain of the Titan High School cheer squad who
recently discovers a newfound passion for singing. She enters into a local
singing competition and gets noticed by a talent manager seeking new
clients. Harper has to choose whether she will leave behind her best friend
and cheer team for what could be a path to stardom. Kind, bubbly and
playful… All ethnicities. Series Regular. Must be a good singer.

cheerleaders together since they were little. But when Harper starts
focusing on music and less on their friendship, their relationship start to
crumble. Strong, caring and intelligent… All ethnicities. Series Regular.
Ryan Sterling
Male, 13-17, He’s fierce, dedicated and independent. Ryan has been in
dance ever since three years old and has decided to dominate the Titan
High cheer squad. He’s a hard worker and will not let anyone get in the way
of his success… All ethnicities. Recurring. Must be a good dancer.

Self tape Instructions:

Slate: Full body slate. Name, Age (if under 18), Height, Location

Set up: Frame your audition from the chest up. Make sure there is about
two inches of space above to account for movement. Avoid distracting
backgrounds and noises. Make sure the subject is well lit. The actor will
need a reader, do not voice record over your audition. Due to Covid, actors
may have FaceTime readers if needed. Make sure the reader is not louder
than the actor.
