PMIS Code Servicebook PDF

Employee PMIS codes are deactivated in cases of retirement, death, voluntary retirement, or resignation. The code may change if the employee's parent department changes due to promotion or transfer. A new code will be assigned if the previous and current parent departments are different. However, no new code is needed if an employee is promoted to a head of department position or transferred within the same establishment department. The e-service book is updated in the establishment office corresponding to the employee's current posting, such as the IPH Division office for a Junior Engineer posted there.
