and July 2021 - February 2022 (post lockdown).
OBJECTIVES

1. To determine the revenue changes to the Belly Biting business due to the
effects of the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown.
2. To determine the disadvantages that were undergone during the lockdown.
3. To determine the changes that were made to save the business after the
lockdown was raised.
4. To determine the results of the changes that were made to save the
business.
BACKGROUND

The Belly Biting Food Cart is owned and operated by Mrs. Pierre, she is a sole
trader and she has been operating this business for the past 2 years. Her
business offers food and drinks. She utilizes social media such as facebook and
also radio to advertise her business. She obtained her assets from local
supermarkets such as Massy.

Due to the strict lockdown restrictions post COVID-19 pandemic, the business
had to come to a halt which affected her daily income. Her goods were wasted
due to upcoming expiration dates. Due to her loss in profits she had to increase
the prices of her goods. Prices in goods also skyrocketed during the pandemic,
so that also led her to this decision.

We decided to analyze the effect this decision may have on her revenue and
consumer behavior.
