LIPAT-AKLAT PROJECT

LEARNING GOALS:

 Help Improve the literacy and reading skills of all learners


 Provide quality access to reading materials for Grade 3 learners through Library Hub Lipat-Aklat
Project.
 Develop the love for books and habit of reading.
 Support the development of reading comprehension skills of learners.

TARGET BENEFECIARIES:

Grade 3 pupils of Mahabang Parang Elementary School

GENERAL GUIDELINES:

Mahabang Parang Elementary Schools provides an opportunity to Grade 3 learners to have greater
access to variety of reading materials through the Library hub Lipat-Aklat Project.

The distribution of reading materials to the learners shall be according to the numbers of grade 3
enrolment for school year 2020-2021 and will follow the given schedule.

All books must be distributed to a class/learner. After use, it should be returned to the School Library
Hub Coordinator for checking if the returned books are complete as well as to disinfect the reading materials
before lending them to other teachers and be used by other learners in different public schools that is included in
the program. Log books for the details of borrowing, distributing, collecting and returning should be
accomplished by the school coordinator.

And if by any chance, the delayed of the Lipat-Aklat is within 1 to 2 weeks only from school to school,
and noted that whoever school loss the SRM’s were obliged to notarized and provide affidavit of loss.
