Price Basis – Ex-Works, Pune
Our basic price for the design, engineering and supply of Softener plant shall be: Rs.14,90,000/- (Rupees Fourteen Lakhs and Ninety Thousand Only)
PACKING & FORWARDING:
Nil.
SALES TAX: GST @18% extra or as applicable at the time of delivery.
PAYMENT TERMS: 40% advance along with clear Purchase Order and balance against Proforma Invoice prior to dispatch.
TRANSPORTATION: Extra at actuals from Pune to site in customer scope.
TRANSIT INSURANCE: Extra at actuals in customer scope.
DELIVERY: 10-12 weeks from the date of clear purchase order along with requisite advance.
ERECTION & COMMISSIONING CHARGES:
Our lumpsum charges shall be of Rs.75,000/-, plus GST extra as applicable.
GUARANTEE /WARRANTEE: Our guarantee/warrantee for the plant supplied by us shall be 12 months from the date of commissioning OR 18 months from the date of material dispatch, whichever is earlier.
STATUTORY VARIATIONS: Any change in Govt. policies, which effect prices, duties & taxes directly or indirectly during dispatch shall be to the customer’s account.
VALIDITY: Our offer is valid for a period of 30 days.
