    To Whom it May Concern:

    It is my pleasure to recommend Isabella Moayer for a teaching position in your district.

    Ms. Moayer was an intern in my first-grade classroom during the 2021-22 school year. She successfully
    completed all of the requirements for her internship, and she was an immense help in my classroom.

    Many of our students were not well-equipped for school for various reasons, including having endured
    on-line learning in the previous year. Ms. Moayer quickly developed warm relationships with the
    students, making them feel safe and cared for. She worked with our neediest students, helping them
    catch up socially and educationally.

    Ms. Moayer created lessons for small groups of students and for our entire class. The students were
    engaged and interested in the lessons. After the lessons, Ms. Moayer reflected on what went right, and
    what could be improved. I was very impressed with her ability to objectively asses her interactions with
    students.

    I am confident that Ms. Moayer will make an excellent teacher in your school. She has initiative,
    confidence, and a reflective attitude that will help her start strong and improve throughout her career.
