1. How to update TeamViewer 15 version of E-CUBE systems


(1) Copy “TeamviewQS.exe” file to the USB flash memory
(2) Turn on the E-CUBE system, and get out to Windows mode

(3) Connect the USB flash memory on the E-CUBE system, and copy “TeamviewQS. exe”

file from the USB flash memory, and paste (overwrite) the “TeamviewQS. exe” file to
“C: /VI1000GI/v1/BIN” folder on the E-CUBE system.

2. How to use TeamViewer 15 version


(1) Windows XP based OS version : E-CUBE 5, 7, 9, 15EX
- TeamView 15 version is not compatible with Windows XP based OS version.

(2) Windows 7 based OS version : E-CUBE i7, 8, 11, 12, 15PT


When you execute the TeamViewer 15 version program, “TeamViewer End-User

license Agreement” message appear on the screen.


At this time, click “I have read and accept the terms and conditions of the EULA

and DPA”, and press [I Agree] button.

(3) Windows 10 based OS version : X-CUBE 90, 70, updated E-CUBE systems
When you execute the TeamViewer 15 version program, “TeamViewer End-User
license Agreement” message appear on the screen.

At this time, click “I have read and accept the terms and conditions of the EULA
and DPA”, and press [I Agree] button.

Also, when you close the TeamViewer 15 version program, “Navigation to the
webpage was canceled” message is appear on the screen.
At this time, click “X” marker on right upper side of the message.
