Launching Clarity Viewer

1. Launch the web browser.

2. In the address bar, enter https://IPADDRESS:8443/icrco-viewer where “IPADDRESS” is

the IP address of the Clarity Archive.

Note: It is recommended that the user register a domain name for the Clarity server

3. Check that Java is installed on the workstation.

Go to Start Menu → Control Panel → Java, then click the About button in the Java

6. Double click the ClarityLauncher.exe icon to start Clarity. The program will scan the
network to locate the PACS server, download any necessary files, and then start the
viewer.

Note: When first launched and when the software is updated, Clarity will need to
download multiple files. This might require a lengthy period of time.

Launching Clarity using a Browser

Clarity can be launched directly through your web browser.

Note: Launching Clarity in this manner is not recommended due to browser compatibility
issues, security complications, limited 64-bit support, and sub-optimal memory usage.

1. Launch the web browser.

2. In the address bar, enter https://IPADDRESS:8443/icrco-viewer where “IPADDRESS” is

the IP address of the Clarity Archive.
